Creating Web sites that work for you

The challenge of the Web in 2017

The range of devices

Mobile phones, tablets, laptops, desktops - a range of screens

My recent responses to the challenge

Responsive designs

Jalon Villa Rentals

A Web site for a Jalón family estate agents

All displays are displays of the same page. Every page on the Web site—navigation, words, logo, photos, forms—is designed to adapt itself to the device, the orientation of the device, and the dimensions of the device.

Librería Europa, Calpe

A redesigned Web site, for a flourishing small business on the Costa Blanca

Gil, the bookshop owner, wanted me to convert my existing website design to a site which worked as it should on mobile phones and tablets. (If the photos look different in the different displays, that's because they are in a carousel.)

Everest Tandoori Restaurant

A Web site for a Calpe retuarant/takeaway

Again, these are displays of the same Web page on different devices.

Taxi Star Transfers (original designs)

A Web site for a Calpe taxi company. This site is still using my database, my PHP code and my Javascript apps (with no benefit to me). But it is no longer using the home page below, and is no longer responsive.
